While employed at projekt202 I was assigned to work on the overhaul of JCPenney.com. The biggest part of the work was applying a new design system to the existing site and redesigning the experience to be device agnostic.
My biggest responsibility was redesigning everything from cart to shipping, otherwise known as “bottom of funnel.” I worked with product owners and business analysts to gather requirements and define priorities while designing screens and providing documentation for the development team.
