As the lead designer on the Pizza Hut project, I was responsible for the redesign of the online Pizza Hut experience and the morale, welfare, and output of a team of four designers. We helped our business partners identify and reduce friction and simplify product selection throughout the flow.  We strived to improve understanding of add-on products and allow for quick changes to the menu. Driving shoppers to create accounts and sign up for the Rewards program was also a high level initiative.
